Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Digital Mastery System Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access our services.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Digital Mastery System Ltd provides educational services including:

- Online courses and training programmes

- Group coaching sessions

- Access to educational materials and resources

- Community access

- Consultation services

Our services are educational in nature and designed to provide information and training in digital marketing skills.

3. USER ACCOUNTS

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:

- Safeguarding your password

- All activities that occur under your account

- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

4. PAYMENT TERMS

By purchasing our services, you agree to the following:

- All fees are quoted in the currency specified at the time of purchase

- Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed

- For subscription services, your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled

- We reserve the right to change our prices at any time

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included in our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of Digital Mastery System Ltd or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

- Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without permission

- Modify or create derivative works from our content

- Use our content for commercial purposes without authorisation

- Share your account access with others

6. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

- Use our services for any unlawful purpose

- Harass, abuse, or harm other users

- Impersonate any person or entity

- Interfere with or disrupt our services

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

- Share confidential course materials with non-members

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

- Our services will meet your specific requirements

- Our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free

- The results obtained from using our services will be accurate or reliable

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Mastery System Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

9. EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER

Our services are educational in nature. We provide information and training based on our experience and knowledge. Individual results may vary based on numerous factors including but not limited to individual effort, time commitment, and market conditions.

We do not provide financial, legal, or professional advice. You should consult appropriate professionals before making business decisions.

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. REFUND POLICY

Digital Mastery System Ltd is committed to supporting every customer's success. Because our programmes are digital and immediately accessible upon purchase, the following refund criteria exist to protect the integrity of our educational content and to ensure refunds are only processed for customers who have genuinely engaged with the material.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA - AI INCOME ACCELERATOR

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.

To be eligible, you must provide verifiable evidence of ALL of the following criteria:

- Completion of a minimum of 50% of the core training modules (screenshot of progress required)

- Joining our private Skool community AND posting at least one introduction or question

- Creating or optimising a social media profile as instructed in the programme

- Publishing a minimum of 3 pieces of content based on the programme teachings (links or screenshots required)

- The DFY Accelerator build is non refundable if our team has started the build as this is a case of time and effort being put in by our team.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA - DIGITAL MASTERY ACADEMY

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of your original purchase date.

To be eligible, you must provide verifiable evidence of ALL of the following criteria:

- Completion of a minimum of 50% of the core training modules (screenshot of progress required)

- Joining our private Skool community AND posting at least one introduction or question

- Creating or optimising a social media profile as instructed in the programme

- Publishing a minimum of 10 pieces of content based on the programme teachings (links or screenshots required)

IMPORTANT - DIGITAL ACCESS AND CONTENT CONSUMPTION

Our programmes are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon purchase. Due to this, we reserve the right to deny any refund request where:

- The refund window has expired

- The eligibility criteria above have not been fully met and evidenced

- There is evidence of substantial access to, consumption of, or downloading of course materials

- The request does not include verifiable proof of all criteria listed above

Simply accessing the platform, downloading materials, or disagreeing with the format of delivery does not constitute grounds for a refund.

COACHING PROGRAMMES

For coaching and mentorship programmes:

- Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the programme start date

- Partial refunds may be available after the 14-day period on a case-by-case basis

- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the programme start date

SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES

For subscription-based services:

- You may cancel your subscription at any time

- Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period

- No prorated refunds are provided for partial billing periods

PAYMENT PLANS

For purchases made via payment plans:

- Refund eligibility is based on the original purchase date, not individual payment dates

- If a refund is approved, any remaining payments will be cancelled

- Partial refunds may be calculated based on services already delivered

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

To request a refund, please email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

- Your full name and email address used for purchase

- Date of purchase and product/service purchased

- Your reason for the refund request

- Verifiable evidence of ALL eligibility criteria listed above (screenshots, content links, community activity)

Requests submitted without supporting evidence will not be processed. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2-3 business days.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following are not eligible for refunds:

- Consultation or strategy sessions that have already been delivered

- Digital products and templates that are downloadable

- Customised or personalised services

- Services where the refund period has expired

- Purchases made in violation of our Terms of Service

CHARGEBACKS

We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in:

- Immediate termination of access to all services

- Inability to purchase future services

CURRENCY AND FEES

Refunds will be processed in the original currency of purchase. Please note:

- We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations

- Your bank may charge fees for international transactions

- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
